I don't think you meant to check in gui_config.json?

For the included CSVs to be packaged into the Windows EXE / distribution, you need to add them here: https://github.com/bri3d/VW_Flash/blob/master/VW_Flash_GUI.spec#L10 . Maybe we should just copy the whole logs/ directory (like we do for 'docs' and others) into the distribution?

Removed gui_config.json and modified VW_Flash_GUI.spec to include all files within /logs folder.
