Volunteer Top of page should feature three photo circles before header Can we embed a form within the site itself that exports into an excel document for the volunteer coordinator? Could that be editable?

Embed Google Form? Think about security considerations.

@vemigh Can you add what the fields should be for this and which ones would be required.

worst case scenario, we just have a link to a google form.

@vemigh let me know if you feel like the form works. I sent you the link to edit. You can also edit the text above the form through umbraco. If you feel like this is good to go from a developer standpoint, move it to complete! The three photos portion of this task is assigned to a different task for all pages.
