header nav page order and visibility #40

Bar across the top Options should be: Our Story, Calendar, Programs, Space Rental, Volunteer, Staff, Register, Donate (keep in Orange) Programs drop down: Early Childhood, Elementary, Mentoring, Athletics We may want to be able to edit which pages show up in this drop down, would that be possible? Register should take user directly to HPNC proclass registration site (https://reg126.imperisoft.com/hpnc/Search/Registration.aspx)

hey @vemigh Got the order of primary navigation set up today. But I'm wondering about the Programs drop down. It seems to be four our of the six circle categories on that home page. So I just wanted to confirm that's what we were still thinking. Also, if the programs dropdown is still: -Early Childhood -Elementary -Mentoring -Athletics Where do they link to? Thanks!

@brian-frederick I'm wondering about that programs drop down too...

I guess the thought on our end was for those four categories to link to the respective places on the whole programs list page just like the home page. But now I am wondering if that is redundant. Would it be crazy not to have drop down at all?

I may also just need to see how that master programs list page looks before making a final decision.

Okay, So i'd say the options here are:

  1. No dropdown from program (I don't think that's crazy at all)
  2. Have the four categories as dropdown (Early Childhood, Mentoring, Athletics, Elementary)
  3. Provide all programs in the dropdown as it is currently ( This makes the most sense to me.) I'll move this back to the design column until we have a final decision.
