Can now /shop for basic weapons.
/shop
/attack defenders now retaliate if still conscious. Weapon specific flavor text added.

/inspect's layout has been updated, now displays your currently equipped weapon.

/inventory has been added to list the items you possess.

Also includes significant refactors, generally to database (now game state).
