Should fix #93

The failing tests are running against the last release instead of against current master. I guess this is fine, we just have to think of doing a Brian 2 release before doing a Brian2GeNN release. So let's merge it?

I'll go ahead and merge it (but note that it breaks Brian2GeNN master for older versions of Brian).
