I am using your newest miner and cannot seam to get my cards to hash correct rates...I am useing 20gigs virtual memory......intensity 21, all 3 cards, the vega gets around 900khs the 550 gets same and the 560 shows like 5-6mhs ive tried many setting and installed blockchain drivers can anyone please assist me with this.

Have you tried taking a look at the troubleshooting guide here, or the optimizing performance guide here?

If none of those suggestions work for you, run the miner with -L log.txt and post the log here and I can help you from there.

Ive done everything on list and still not sure what else i can do ... Its going better now no more HW or Rejects but hashrate barly went up.the whole rig is only useing around 320 watts avg... and my bad its 2 550s, 550s, vega 56

soooo im sure its hashing pretty close to correct and this log helps Ive never used a log file my life just changed....mining is teaching me alot about code...look what i found is this what is happening...its telling me the vega is gpu 0 but its showing up the hashrate on gpu 2 (because i dont think a 550 should average at 8-9 mhs?)

just looking at that tells me the 2 first cards are 550s(512 shaders ea vs 4k) i mean it was obvious once i got it hashing stable this morning log.txt

image See what i mean lol its hashing like 3-4 mhs higher now though zero errors

Follow this guide:

http://vega.miningguides.com/

I get 12-13Mh/s on my Vega56's.

Thanks mike after trying all those tings i could im still at same spot ugh ill get it figured out im sure

What version of AMD Driver are you using? I am running 18.3.4, using the Soft Power Play Tables for Vega64.

CoinSmithMining commented 6 years ago

im using the blockchain drivers

CoinSmithMining commented 6 years ago

Now they will overheat or give me driver errors ill go back to trying the VEGA on x16r solo soon and tell you results

Try the Phase 2 section:

http://vega.miningguides.com/p/faq.html#TDRFailure

The Soft Power Play tables may be too aggressive. Try the 50%, 75% or 85% files. If you get stable on 85%. Then you can try tweaking them to 90% or 95% of the Vega64 values (These are not provided on that page).

My Vega56 cards would always move to a SICK or DEAD state when using the Vega64 Soft Power Play tables. After moving to 85% they became very stable.
