Feature Request: Optionally create unmanaged workloader on unpair for decommissioned workloads #63

When running unpair because a box is being decommissioned, it would be nice to give the option to create an unmanaged version of the same workload in the 'Decommissioned' environment (whatever that label is in each tenant) so you can still track if other things are trying to reach a box that has been decommissioned.

That would be great, and to include a custom label for those newly created unmw-workloads so it can be easily identified in the UI via filter.

Another usecase for this: while troubleshooting, application vendor requested removing of all other services, including Illumio VEN. This causes other workloads to start blocking traffic unless UMWL is created in place.
