[Feature] - CSV Export, Tags column (",") #103

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Tags are returned from API as comma separated string. This breaks the expected format in the CSV Output file

Describe the solution you'd like Substitute another character for the comma with tag values to adhere to CSV format behavior
