• Mushroom gravy
• Stuffing
• Cranberry sauce
• Wild rice salad
• Bird
• Mashed potatoes
• Sweet potatoes
• Pumpkin pie

Schedule

Sunday

• Mushroom gravy - then freeze

Tuesday

• Stuffing: Rip bread, chop onions and celery
• Cranberry sauce
• Cut bell peppers and sugar peas for wild rice salad

Wednesday

• Assemble and 1st cook of stuffing
• Cook rice and toast pecans for wild rice salad
• First cook and assemble sweet potatoes
• Thaw gravy
• Pumpkin pie
• Peel potatoes and put in cold water

Thursday

• Mashed potatoes
• Bird
• 2nd cook of stuffing
• 2nd cook sweet potatoes
• Warm mushroom gravy - then freeze
• Assemble wild rice salad
• Whipped cream for pie before eating

Is it possible to do the Mushroom Gravy with vegetable stock instead of chicken stock, just in case someone is like super-duper vegetarian?

I was thinking of messaging the Academists on Monday asking for yes's so we can get an official headcount. Is that too late?
