Docs : document option log #75

Hi Brianc,

I just realized that a log option exists in pool config, here : https://github.com/brianc/node-pg-pool/blob/4d7734a71122cbbe1bb81bb466430e96f3405394/index.js#L67 It could be useful for users to mention it in the readme and also in node-postgres readme.
