[x] Remove reference to "Use Nuxt for SSR"
[x] Remove reference to "Django Doctor"
[x] Remove reference to "constance"
[x] Remove dead link to: GitLab CI
[x] Remove gitlab-ci.yml file

Refinement/clarification needed on these:

[ ] Consider removing this section/page Step by Step Guide » What is a Django Application? as it's too long and probably not something to include in the docs.
[ ]❓ Include removal of doctl?

NOTE: Work-in-progress. When done it is aiming to close the above issue.

I did some cleanup that includes the items in this ticket: https://github.com/briancaffey/django-step-by-step/commit/89124fc07f49ce5f5f5a00545e4785ce6f44a449.

There is a lot more cleanup to do. We can add some comments on this issue with additional items needing cleanup.
