Support for MvvmCross v4.0.0, only for Android and iOS for now #25

Yesterday the MvvmCross released the v 4.0.0 version, all plugins need to be updated. I've corrected the namespaces and linked the new version of the MvvmCross.

I am not able to compile and release changes to this package. Sorry.

Maybe I can help you somehow? I can provide you compiled dlls, or maybe I could use your nuget API key to release the changes?

@brianchance @sledderGIT ideally would be great to share access to the repo to another person and provide NuGet keys (or maybe it's possible to use personal key for this?)

Second option is to make a fork and continue support there.

Maybe MvvmCross team could take the plugin for it's control...

What do you think?

Besides the MvvmCross team taking over, I think sharing access to the repo and keys would work.
