Level 03 0% Correct missing #4

On level 03, if you get all False, then the stats page does NOT show any text saying "0% Correct". When I got all False except the first True, then it DID print out "10% Correct".

Level 3 was different than all of the rest, it would count Fs and Ts in the stats page itself, and make a percentage. The others were referencing the TF from the actual level. So I switched Level 3 to be like the rest. THEN, I also wrote a quick line of code that doesn't display the unicode for "%".
