2nd level flyout touch event doesn't work on Samsung Gallaxy #10

First level flyout works as expected, but touch event on second level loads the link, instead of the 3rd level flyout.

Not quite sure what you're talking about. hoverIntent doesn't have a "flyout" ... whoever implemented the flyout should accommodate touch events.
