Remove mention of Chrome Frame #29

Chrome Frame is being retired, so I removed the recommendation to use it.

Sure, but as long as we're at it, we may as well mention WebGL in IE 11. Is that definite?

Not sure about that, sorry.

Looking around, I found out that a public preview of windows 8.1 is being released on June 26 and has IE11 in it, so maybe wait till then, and see if that has WebGL.
