add information and traduction #150

add Current, voltage, frequency and power factor

Traduction FR modify

Thanks @cddu33, I merged it in the latest test version.

Test version can be downloaded in HACS from https://github.com/catsmanac/home_assistant_custom_envoy. It's marked as Beta version.

I changed it to using meters reports page as it has the same data fields.

After testing it'll be published in v0.0.18
