Add missing device_class POWER #181

Hello, small PR to add missing device_class.

I think this will fix the issue https://github.com/home-assistant/core/issues/109969 for some users.

Thanks @PoppyPop, tested it and works fine, well doesn't break ;-). Can you reload using HACS and select main instead of a release and confirm the fix works? If ok I'll build the release.

Tested with the main tag, i needed to reboot twice, but the repair issue disapear and i recovered my unit of measurement !

After loading Main, the 0.0.19 release will pop up as new one indeed. I'll release 0.0.20 tomorrow.

The new HA Core Enphase Envoy has all the device classes already, so it's custom integration that may have this issue.
