Add numbers to lb in English transcription #2

I've included them in the Latin, and we probably should as well in the English; that said, if there are other feelings about this we can change that.

only thing to add is that we can probably add them automatically, if they're not there already. Same goes for Scott's work if it's time consuming.

@emylonas Adding them automatically sounds like a good idea. Or we could deploy someone like Jake to do it for us.
