Use Tablesaw instead of MaterializeCSS responsive tables #22

See #11 for more details - this PR uses Tablesaw for mobile (small) devices instead of the normal MaterializeCSS responsive tables.

Made a few minor changes but I think it seems to work pretty good. we will need to review other areas to make sure table cell is going to break various tables throughout.
