add conifg settings to opt out of material styling #43

Since there is no way to know what modules a site is using, there are times when a form element will not work properly with the materializecss replacement of elements. To allow a user to work around this, add a field where you can add an identifier of elements you want to use browser defaults.

Opt out of select options are now supported in the Alpha6 release.
