Dropbuttons not working with Drupal AJAX #8

This theme's dropbutton behavior does not work when a dropbutton is rendered via AJAX.

Replication steps:

  1. Install the standard profile
  2. Visit /admin/structure/views/view/content
  3. Add anything to the Header or Footer, complete the multi-step dialog
  4. Notice that all dropbuttons in the view are now broken
