Option to include Experiment uuid to Actions #50

Add an option to Action to specify whether or not the Experiment's UUID should be included in CSV files. This would allow results from multiple Experiments to be concatenated.

This might also make parsing CSV files a little more tricky for scripts that do plotting, for example.

Because of the difficulties in parsing CSV files (not as much of an issue when using dictwriter and dictreader (coming later), I'm going to close this and not deal with it for now. Also, the addition of the PrintExperimentInformation action helps this slightly.
