[Feature] Update GrantPermissions.ps1 to check for versions

We could leverage the GrantPermissions.ps1 script to do two things:

• Check the version of script and pause if a new version exists
• Check the versions installed for each module and reports available updates

I think that's out of scope of the solution. I am thinking of closing this.
