The Net-SSH-Perl distribution is licensed under the same terms as Perl itself, namely GNU GPL version 1 or (at your option) any later version, or the Perl Artistic license (version 1).
However, the license text files currently included with the dist are for version 2 of each of those licenses, which is an inconsistency.
This commit changes those files to use the license text files actually shipped by Perl itself (I copied them from my Perl 5.36.1 installation), and clarifies the versions in the LICENSE file.
