Makefile.PL makes the wrong sort of DBM files #2

AnyDBM might choose an implementation that the system can't deal with or which Perl hasn't installed modules for.

This is the issue in a couple of RT.cpan.org issues:

I think I have this figured out with 0.43, but the next move is to get rid of DBM completely (#1)
