support latest Unicode standard? #9

The module is very convenient, but it stays at Unicode 5.1.0, any plan to upgrade to latest Unicode standard? or any recommended module for latest Unihan database?

I have no plans to update this module myself since I'm not the original author. I think there are comments somewhere from Dan Kogai that there are better alternatives.

If someone wants to send a patch, I can release a new version.

And, if someone wants to take over this module completely, I can transfer it.
