Examples sections should make clear that some parameters are deprecated #114

James Helmreich writes:

the second example in the ds documentation differs only in the addition of the 'ident = TRUE' argument which is not implemented in granovagg.ds.

We could:

  1. Add a comment to that code indicating that those old parameters are deprecated, but the function will still work.
  2. Remove that parameter from the example, since it's deprecated
  3. Not worry about it till next release.
