This isn't an issue so much for us as it is an issue for R, once OS X 10.8 ships this summer.

Since upgrading to mountain lion I've had no issues. If users do run into problems (which, again, I can't imagine would be the fault of our package), they can always email us or file an issue on Github. I think that fulfills our due diligence, so to speak.
