granova.ds and granova.1w are not red/green colorblind-safe #20

The problems are particularly pronounced in the legends, as well as the grand mean vs. group means distinction in granova.1w.

Which is why one would want to use different line types (solid, dashed) and shapes (circles, triangles).

It's a similar set of concerns when you're reducing it to grayscale for publication.
