MS-between does not plot for n=2 groups in granova.1w.ggplot #45

What does this mean? MS-between is a number; be more explicit about what does not show up in plot. b

@Bob - sorry, I understand your confusion. In the current granova.1w.ggplot() code, there is an actual ggplot element associated with the MSbetween value. What I meant in the issue title was that the plot element associated with the MSbetween value wasn't plotting.

When there are only 2 groups then we have a standard t-test situation. Square t to get F, ok, but that is a less informative statistic because t is signed. In fact the t-statistic should be printed in this case, not F, IMO. b
