What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a file of 1.5 MB
2. It fails
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Index was outside the bounds of the array.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows

Tested to open 7 MB file without failure. Seems like this issue has been addressed, or concern a specific image with problems not specifically related to its size.
