Would allow for reports to have a description, access level, and a boolean check for if it is active/stable

Similarly, it would be good to redo the main gui window so calendars are the same on datapull and report, and include semesters for dropdowns.

Gonna implement this and semester ranges at the same time lets git it

Decided to just do variables instead of a class since no functions needed
