Also lab breakdown crashes when looking at Fall 2018. Got stabilize this bad boy

Not always able to replicate issue, but I added some checks that should help. Leaving open until there are multiple runs with no issue

I believe the issues should be resolved now, nulled the dataframe at the start of every run so it is fresh
