finish chat icon report #76

It is exactly what it sounds like. A report that looks at chat icon usage in the timeframe. Some cool things would be total count of uses/icon, average icon counts/message it appears in. Top users of each icon, count of icons used/user (unique or total), etc etc

per jackson also add quickest qaz. also wanna do a similarity qaz score

DONE FINALLY. Not gonna worry about the qaz stuff, not fun
