bootstrap form with select #185

Hi,

I get trouble using the plugin, I use bootstrap the problem is that the select option is not working it will not dropdown or I can't select the option. I tried also you demo to put bootstrap form inside, but it's not working

@ezekel You should be able able to do this using the elementsWithInteraction option: https://jsfiddle.net/6jvzrkmn/
