Add sound to tell that the tone is right #17

GuitarTuna tuner has feature that tells you with a voice that the tune is now correct. Add it, but give it a chance to turn the feature off.

Similar as #12 and #15, something I am generally interested in adding but don't have the time for implementing now.

Basically long term to do list would be adding custom tunings, other instruments, and tuning by pitch.
