Few Issues Identified

Firstly, thank you for compiling this resource. I'm pretty sure its helped thousands across the world (including me!)

However, there are a few ocassions where APA 6 formatting remain. Please see if they can be fixed:

• APA 7 should not include publisher location (city, state, etc.) after publisher name in a reference (APA 6 does)
• APA 7 requires URLs should be hyperlinked. I've added a few considerations to improve input validation: • Links that start with www. should now start with https://www. (e.g. www.google.com → https://www.google.com/ • Links that do not start with https://www. or http://www. should have https://www. added (e.g. google.com → https://www.google.com/) • Links thhat do not end with / should have it added (e.g. htps://www.google.com → https://www.google.com/)

There's a PR to address the hyperlinking. However, it's up to you to enter it properly. For the publisher location...don't enter the location. You are of course welcome to look through the file to see if you can fix it so that it will ignore it even if entered. That is why it is provided.
