Notification sounds full volume #48

Hi, love the app.

I'm on macOS Sequoia so unsure if this is related to the new OS, but all notification sounds are coming through at full volume using Proxy Audio Device as my output.

I can't remember if this was occurring on the previous versions of macOS but I don't think it was?

In System Settings / Sound, what do you have "Play sound effects through" configured to, and what's the alert volume set to?

Omg... I'm actually blind. I had set that to "Selected sound output device" a long time ago but for some reason it reset itself... Don't mind me. Thanks for your rapid response.

Ok so after a few more months of using this, I've realised that whenever I change settings within Proxy, it will randomly change the Sound setting "Play sound effects through". It seems to occur when I reconnect my USB sound device and set the Proxy as my sound output, but the Proxied device inside the app has reset to a 'blank' device state. When this happens, I believe the "Play sound effects through" setting gets changed.
