Since the intent is a plurality of APIs, rather than a possessive expression (like "I've rewritten my API's code in the latest release") there's no need for apostrophes. I realize some people use apostrophes any time 's' follows a capital letter ("FAQ's", "my CD's", etc.) but I think that's not ideal.
