EMC-ADCIRC-WW3 - waves and winds work, but SSH and currents have all zero data

SJU WRF-ARW are in GRIB2 format...how do we want to proceed with these? wgrib2?

NRL_Delft3D, ~~having trouble loading with index script~~ sorting in projected coordinates (was a fix for dateline, lon 0==360) caused problem, went back to using unsorted for COMT, nothing near dateline now
