ADD/FIX: Correct file structure, streamlined prod/dev environments #57

Closes #41

It worked! Components are now in the lib folder (referenced with $lib), static files in the static folder (referenced with just a /). The only remaining issue is that the browser cannot find the favicon in the development environment (and says so once in the terminal), but since the production environment doesn't have this issue I'm leaving it for now.
