i18n support #72

Hi @briannesbitt. i'm a developer from china. Carbon is awesom. but not for international. could add i18n support? thinks very much!

+1 Please support for different calendar systems like Iranian , Jalali , Hijir , Thai , Hebrew ,...

There is now a formatLocalized method and looking at adding localization to humanDateDiff shortly.

Other calendars are not on the radar.
