Updated README.md to use <kbd> for proper key chars #28

hiya! :3

I replaced all of the keyboard shortcuts to use these <kbd>ctrl</kbd> + <kbd>space</kbd>, as they are a lot nicer to look at.

Compare this: ctrl + space with this: ctrl + space
