ESDS314 ESD Suppressor wrong choice for protecting V_BUS #1

The ESDS314 chip is used for ESD suppression on the USB connector across all lines, including V_BUS. However, this chip has a reverse breakdown voltage of between 4.5 - 7.5 volts. If you get a chip on the low end of that, it will conduct and burn up as soon as you plug in the USB connector.
