My notes contain a lot of html tags, will this affect the accuracy of the plugin search? How can I set it to not retrieve html tags?

Making Smart Connections more compatible with HTML tags is a great idea.

While the HTML tags shouldn't cause errors, they may be limiting the plugin's effectiveness. So I think it's important to evaluate how the plugin manages HTML tags, and what can be done to improve the process.
