Smart Connect - Notes on ChatGPT not being able to read my notes #690

Hi Brian! I am one of your supporters, and I'm trying to use Smart Connect - Notes for the first time after the previous one has be deprecated. However, even though I log-in to the app with the supporter license key, the custom GPT doesn't seem to be reading my notes. Is there something else I need to do to make it work?

Hey @BrianJChoi, and thanks for your support 😊

The Smart Connect app needs to be running/connected to use the GPT.

Also, I recommend checking the original welcome email for access to the private chat where there is a priority help & support section. If the join link in your welcome email is non-existent or expired you can reply to the welcome email and I can help you get access to the chat.
