Add a Kindle Unlimited browser #29

We already have a DB table of Kindle Unlimited books, let's make an easy way to see some of those.

I'll have to change the KU table to include enough info about the book to be able to display it.

Deployed this today as 1.96. No link anywhere until I verify it fully works - looks good so far though. See it at http://overreader.com/kubrowser
