Create a way to add a message to users #39

Today, Goodreads is experiencing an outage (including RSS) which is affecting Overreader. I need a way to add in a message to users dynamically

Fixed today in 2.0.6.

Message only shows on the index page, but that works because when it hits an error, it sends user back to index anyway.
