bug/feature: ctrl-click map summary window always opens on screen 1 #116

I am not sure if this is a bug, or a feature request.

Right now (0.2.96) if I CTRL-Click on a map in the "most recent maps" view, the newly opened window always opens on screen 1, regardless where the main window of exile diary is.

It is also not possible to move the sub window, as it has no window decorations. I am not sure if this is intended.

If the sub-window should always open on the same screen as the main window, this would be a bug, if this is not the case then it would be a feature request to add window decorations to the sub window, so that it can be moved with the mouse.

In an ideal scenario the last position of the sub windows would also be saved, and new windows opened at that location.

Hmm, only have one monitor so this might be difficult to debug. Noted for fixing
