Urgent orders support/Fist of War support #125

The app was updating the net worth, but wasn't updating the maps. After removing urgent orders from the stash tabs the maps updated. Though one map had 4 maps worth of loot. Everything works now, but Urgent Orders/Fist of war still post a "Unable to get value for item" warning. log.txt

Thanks for the report - bug found, will be fixed in next release.
